1. Requirements Analysis: Based on factors such as functionality, performance, and operating environment, a detailed user requirements specification is developed in collaboration with the client to determine development goals.
2. Preliminary Design: Based on the requirements analysis, a preliminary design is developed, including function and parameter settings, basic calculations, and preliminary 3D model drawing. This is then reviewed by the client.
3. Detailed Design: Following up on the initial review feedback, the detailed 3D model is revised and refined. 3D drawings of parts are created, and finite element analysis and dynamic simulation of structural components are performed. This is followed by a second review with the client.
4. Final Design and Drawing: Following up on the second review feedback, the design is revised. Plan drawings are created (such as part drawings, component assembly drawings, and general assembly drawings, painting drawings, etc.), and a parts list and a list of vulnerable parts are produced.
5. Production of All Technical Documents: This includes promotional materials, technical samples, and product user manuals.
