What Is The Working Principle Of A Skid Steer Loader?

1. Engine Drive: Skid steer loaders are typically driven by an internal combustion engine or electric motor. Combustion or electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy to power the hydraulic and transmission systems.

2. Hydraulic System: Skid steer loaders use a hydraulic system for force transmission and control. A hydraulic pump, driven by a mechanical transmission or electric motor, draws hydraulic oil from the hydraulic tank. After being filtered, the oil is delivered through pipelines to the hydraulic cylinders and motors. The hydraulic oil generates pressure in the cylinders or motors, thereby driving the various movements of the loader.

3. Transmission System: The transmission system of a skid steer loader includes a hydraulic converter, hydraulic transmission, and planetary gear drive. The hydraulic converter converts the engine's torque into hydraulic power and links the transmission's input shaft to the engine, enabling the loader to move forward, backward, and stop. The hydraulic transmission adjusts the hydraulic flow and pressure to regulate the loader's speed.

4. Control System: The control system of a skid steer loader includes levers, hydraulic valves, and a control console, used to control the various actions of the loader.

5. Working device: The working device of a skid steer loader includes a bucket and a loading arm, etc., used for shoveling, transporting and loading operations.
